Although the 3s had already won the league, the girls had one last BUCS game away in Stirling. They knew it would be a tough game after Stirling were the only team the girls had lost to this season and that Stirling would want to beat the League Champions.

Squad: Annie, Bel, Briony, Cat, Dayna, Emma, Greta, Helena, Imme, Kara, Lucy, Meghan, Molly McG, Steph (C).

Despite a lot of hail during warm up, the sun came out as the the girls kicked off! Edinburgh keep a great back line and are off to a solid start with some great chances made. Early injury for Emma as Molly Mcg comes on leaving Edinburgh with only 1 sub left to make! This is quickly followed by 2 quick goals for Stirling who's fast player finds a breakaway. HT 2-0 to Stirling 3s.

The girls come back from half time a new team after great coaching by Derek. Everyone has a go at shooting including Briony from Centre-Mid. Lucy Oliver scores her first goal for EUWAFC to claw it back to 2-1. Some great saves by Greta prevent a Stirling goal at the other end. And of course hero Annie makes it 3 goals in 3 games by scoring a lovely goal on the edge of the box!

FT- 2-2! A great team performance and determination to come back from 2 goals down Congrats to the 3s for a fantastic season!! POTM: Bel!

Congrats to all the leavers who played their final game for EUWAFC!!
